Marion Séminel
Design Engineer | 6 years of experience
I design and develop web solutions that are fast, accessible and business-driven. From strategy to development, every decision is made to accomplish a goal: improve user experience, generate leads,....
Three of the products I’ve led the front-end on, from a Swiss ERP to a festival programme.

Giving a long-running Swiss ERP a modern interface, without rewriting its engine.

A website designed to extend the Museum’s commitment and amplify its reach to a worldwide audience.

Redesigning the festival programme: the heart of the site, which has to excite as much as it informs.

I’m a front-end developer with a designer’s eye, currently lead developer at a Lausanne agency and looking for my next full-time role in Zurich. I work where design decisions meet engineering constraints, from the first prototype to production code that stays fast and maintainable.
I build interfaces that scale with the product and the team behind it.
I work with designers from the first concept to the final details.
I care about the details people feel without noticing.
No bad surprises, no vague promises. I rely on a proven, transparent and collaborative method to bring ambitions to life.

Reporting
I’ve built web apps and websites in many fields: fintech, healthcare, ERP. Data-heavy dashboards or brand websites for museums and festivals.
An interface isn’t done when it looks good. It’s done when people use it and the numbers move. I like working with clear metrics and seeing the impact of what I build.
I can shape a feature in Figma, build it in TypeScript and own it all the way to production, without losing anything between the two.
I work best close to designers, backend engineers and product people. I set front-end standards, share them, and care about building things together over the long term.
